Bill Sullivan Principal Consultant – Health & Safety

Bill owned and operated an occupational hygiene company in Canada for over 25 years. He has worked as an Infection Control Specialist for Island Health on small to large scale construction projects as well with Private Public Partnerships during the building of three new Hospitals in Victoria, Comox and Campbell River, British Columbia. He is highly experienced providing technical advice and services in infection control (construction related), hazardous materials, health and safety, and occupational hygiene. Bill has extensive experience in the development of site closure strategies to address liability and compliance issues at industrial, commercial and health care properties. He has provided technical support and expert witness testimony for asbestos litigation matters for manufactures and private companies in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Bill has managed and provided technical direction, preparation of specifications for hundreds of simple to complex industrial hygiene site assessments and remediation programs at both operational and abandoned sites for Private Industry, Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments.

While practicing in the field of occupational hygiene Bill has coordinated the remediation of large-scale buildings, risk management services and training. He has also developed training packages and delivered training of Principal Contractor Employees to safely perform their work activities within a health care facility. High Risk Asbestos, Lead and other hazardous substances for abatement activities to meet and exceed compliance with Government Regulatory Agencies.
