Sam Jackson advises on all aspects of work health and safety (WHS) and employment law across a range of sectors. His WHS experience includes incident response and management, contractor management, officer liability and the defence of companies prosecuted by health and safety regulators. Sam also advises clients on employment issues, including enterprise bargaining, industrial action and employment contracts.
Sam works with general counsel, safety managers and HR managers across a range of industries, including mining, construction, stevedoring, manufacturing, education, electricity, defence and transport. His clients also benefit from his litigation experience and he regularly appears in hearings in state and Commonwealth courts and tribunals.
