Sarah Cuscadden World Wide Safety Leadership and Engagement Manager, Amazon
Sarah has a Bachelor of Science (OHS) with Honours and has recently been appointed as the Deputy Chair for the College of Fellows (CoF) for the Australian Institute of Health and Safety. A visionary who challenges the norm, Sarah presents out of the box ideas and solutions to health and safety issues. With more than a decade focused on construction, Sarah has worked extensively on large scale iconic construction projects around Australia. Sarah has applied her operational knowledge to developing and executing construction-specific health and safety strategies that accelerate safety leadership and performance, through an increase in engagement with employees and subcontractors. More recently Sarah has been appointed to a global role at Amazon where she leads the Safety Leadership and Engagement strategy for Amazons global operations. In this role Sarah thinks ahead creating solutions that enable frontline workers to engage, participate and influence the safety and, builds tolls for frontline leaders to enhance their safety leadership capabilities. Sarah is driven to empower to all persons to be accountable for theirs and others safety, and have the ability to positive influence health and safety. Sarah has the proven capability to adapt, conceptualise and implement strategic and innovate concepts across multiple geographies in diverse working environments.
